My condolences to Watkin family sorry for your loss, I remember Josh when he came to eat subs at my place. We have a very good time talking about the past. We have a great time laughing. He is with the Lord hand and God blessed your family!!! So sorry for your loss!!!

Prayers to the Watkin family. Josh will surely be looking after you from heaven above. He was truly a kind, caring man of Christ. I'm so sorry for your loss and pray that many joyful memories get you through this sad time.

We cannot imagine the pain that your family is going through. Although we do not personally know Josh's family, we became acquainted with him through his tree trimming business. We had Josh remove trees both at our old house and our current one. He was always so honest & full of integrity. He spoke with respect to his crew and made sure to clean up after a project was complete. Most recently this spring we had Josh remove a tree and hang a swing in a nearby tree. The sparkle in his eye when he discussed the tree swing with us was priceless. Not only was he thrilled to add this feature to our yard he was full of joy & mischief when he told us about the swing (plural? I think...) in his own yard for his kids. He had so much fun telling us about how his kids took his leaf blowers on & used them to spin. I can't remember if he was the one to refer to that as the "Vomit Comet" or if it was a product of the conversation. However, every time we use our own leaf blower on our swing we think of him & chuckle. We didn't know Josh well but from what we did know we could tell that he was a fun guy to be around. We are deeply saddened by the loss of 'our tree guy'. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Josh, You will be missed. You have helped me many times in the past after storm or wind damage. You are a real joyful person. Amy and your children should be proud of you as a good husband and a responsible dad. My deepest sympathy to all of you including Josh's dad.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Watkin family. Josh AKA Pooch was the kindest most genuine person I've ever had the pleasure to know. Playing soccer with him are some of my fondness memories. He was so competitive, but so caring and loving of everyone. There is no better definition of a kind man then Josh Watkins. He will be missed by so many. Although his time was way to short he will be welcomed with open arms in the heavens above. He was a devoted Christian and he is now in the care of our creator. This is a very tough, but keep your faith and live life in his honor. This would be a wonderful world if it could be filled with people that had the character of Josh. I am so sorry to his family, children and grandchildren. I will pray that you find the strength to move forward and always honor such an amazing person.

Josh, you were the best friend anyone could have hoped to have. I pray the Lord's grace, mercy, comfort and provision will fall upon Amy, the kids, your parents, sisters and friends. I will miss you.

My nephew Joshua was a very special man. He was loving, kind, and so competent. Josh was the closest to a brother that my son Gary had. They were together on holidays, vacations, and finally at Hope College. We are devastated by Josh's death. My prayers are constantly with my sister Mary Louise and her family: Keith, Leah, Amy, Joshua, Anna, Alexa, Micah, Lizzie, Issac, Sarah, David, Remi, Josiah, Christie, Zach, Mariama, Lydia, Olivia, and Acacia. Josh was so important to everyone. Wonderful memories will live on forever.

Our family has such sorrow for you all, Josh was a special guy who's presence will be forever missed,whatever we can do to ease your pain we will do.

Josh was a professional arborist for many years. He has trimmed, cut and cared for our association a very long time. There are no words that could possibly ease the pain of this tragic loss. May you somehow be able to feel all the many prayers. Most sincerely. Lynn Schweibert

Josh and his wife Amy have been customers at my coffee shop for many years, Josh LOVED coffee, but not as much as he loved his family which was honestly so admirable! His Daughter Anna worked for us and it was apparent that he was an amazing Father,instilling strong work ethics in his children! He was ALWAYS in a good mood when he would come to the shop, had a great sense of humor and treated everyone with kindness! A great Man gone too soon. May he rest in eternal peace. I'm honored to say I knew him.

Josh was always a friendly and kind guy. I really appreciated his ability to make you feel comfortable. And he was authentic in doing so. I am vey sorry for his loss. Gratefully, we take comfort in his salvation. May God shower you with grace, mercy, and provision.

To Amy, Watkin kids and family members - I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Josh through BNI and enjoyed his laughter, humor and upbeat attitude. My heartfelt condolences to all of his family, friends and employees. He was a very special person and a beautiful soul.

hi Josh, will miss you. But at the same time will see you again one day. The trees in Heaven are much nicer than those here anyways and they don't need the work they do here. So you have a break. I knew Josh through his business and adored his passion for trees, his honesty and work ethic. After this summer's encounters over hemlocks and beeches, I considered him a friend. I am deeply saddened and heartbroken for Josh's loss and cannot imagine what his family is going through. He was my son, Erik's best friend in high school, and was so well liked by his classmates. Family meant so much to him and his loss will be most difficult. I felt fortunate to have known him and will always remember when he and Amy visited me the last time they were in Hamilton for his high school reunion. My thoughts go out to his entire family and friends.
