Joshua David Fink, age 37 of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly September 22, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald W. Fink; grandparents, Irene & Clinton Fink, and Margaret Beebe. Joshua is survived by his son, Jaedon; mother, Bobbi Blatten; sisters, Lindsey, Julie, Amy, Christine; brother, Jason; brother-in-law, Mike; grandfather, David Blattenberger; aunts, Jenny, Mary, Deb, Cyndi, Angie, Barb, Diane; uncles, Porter, Herb, Marv, Laverne, Denny; cousins, Trisha, Amy, Lori, DJ, Charles, Kaira, Nolan, Dylan, Megan, Jamie, Kelly, Brendan, Angela, Tracie, Renea, Travis, Andrea, Rochelle, Ryan, Collin; friends, Gavin, Kaylie, Andrew, Chris, Jesse, Bryan, Larry, Chad, Renae, AC, Brandi, Michael, Kento, Dave, Angie, and so many other friends as well as his cat, Jazzy Belle, and all of his fish. Joshua graduated from Forest Hills Northern and Grand Rapids Community College. He was a certified personal trainer and worked for Centimark. He liked motorcycles, fast cars, house plants especially cacti, physical fitness, music festivals, firearms, animals, Japanese culture, and going to his great-grandpa's and uncle's house on Torch Lake. Please remember to speak of Joshua often to keep his memory alive. Joshua was an amazing father, son, brother, and friend whose smile lit up the room. He gave the warmest and best hugs. He was known for being selfless and giving, Joshua was always there for everyone. He will be dearly missed. A Celebration honoring Joshua's life to be held Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 2-5pm at 5440 River Street NW, Rapid City, MI 49676. Memorial contributions may be made to Soulshine Wildlife Center, Soulshine Wildlife Center or PO Box 354, Sparta, MI 49345 or to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, www.afsp.org or 199 Water St. 11th Floor, New York, NY 10038.
