Joshua Gene Gentry, age 44, Sandusky, recently passed away unexpectedly.
He was born on February 23, 1981 in Sandusky. He was employed by American Colors, Inc, where he worked alongside his brother and enjoyed his job and co-workers. He was excited for his future with ACI.
Josh was a free spirit; he went wherever the wind took him. He had an infectious personality and knew how to make people laugh. He had a very big heart. He loved to hang out at the casino. Josh enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He especially loved his children and granddaughter very much. He loved to be outdoors and to try new things and visit new places.
Josh is survived by his mother, Stella Mae Miller; his father, Jim (Corrine) Gentry; his brother, William (Amber) Gentry; his sisters, Carina Sawyer, Courtney Gentry and Holly Thompson; his daughters, Aubrey Waters and Breanna Gentry; sons, Dylan Gentry, Brandon (Brooke) Gentry, Jacob Gentry and Joshua Gentry; granddaughter, Everleigh; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call for visitation on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 10:00 am until time of memorial service at 11:00 am in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Condolences may be shared at www.toftfuneralhome.com.
