Joshua Alan Hawn, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on April 30, 2025, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Born on August 15, 1999, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Joshua was a proud graduate of V. Sue Cleveland High School, having completed his education in 2017.
Joshua brought a unique joy into the lives of those who knew him. His profound love for video games and movies was evident throughout his life, providing countless hours of entertainment and camaraderie with family and friends. His enthusiasm for these passions created a shared experience that endeared him to many and fostered lasting connections.
He is survived by his devoted parents, Alan and Valeria Hawn; his siblings Ashlee Keyes and her husband Asa, and Cassandra Moss and her husband Adam. Joshua's legacy continues through his nephews, David and Ahron Moss, and his niece, Sita Moss. He is also mourned by his aunt, Casey Hunter, and his cherished dog, Artemis, who undoubtedly felt his boundless affection.
Joshua was predeceased by his loving grandmother, Mary Hunter, who played a significant role in his life.
The outpouring of love and remembrance for Joshua reflects the impact he had on those around him. His vibrant spirit and fondness for storytelling will be missed profoundly, yet the memories shared will forever hold a special place in the hearts of his family and friends.
Celebration of Life will be held July 19, 2025, 11:00 a.m., Village Pizza, 4266 Corrales Rd., Corrales, NM 87048.
