Joshua Horner Obituary

Josh was born on January 26, 1994 to Gary and Bonnie Horner in Mount Holly New Jersey. Josh attended John Hydock Elementary School and Mansfield Township Upper Elementary School. After Josh graduated from Northern Burlington Regional High School in 2012, he co-owned Hi-Tech Carpet and Furniture Cleaning with his father Gary. Josh worked briefly at the Sunoco gas station in Columbus where he enjoyed helping people who needed extra help.
Josh was predeceased by his grandparents Ralph and Hannah Horner, Kenneth Coulter and his aunt and uncle Christine and Frank Lucas. He is survived by his parents Gary and Bonnie Horner, his maternal grandmother Carolyn Coulter, aunts and uncles Cindy Kania (Jerry Fletcher), Tina Wight (Tracy), Arnold Horner (Lisa), Jerry Horner (Shelly), Tanya Algozinni (Tony), Sharon Wasko (Scott), Susan Coulter (Gary Smith) and many beloved cousins.
As a young boy Josh enjoyed baseball, basketball, skateboarding, playing drums, camping, bowling, fishing and spending time with his many friends and family.
Josh worked alongside his father in the carpet cleaning business for many years and was beloved by his customers. Josh was a friend to all always helping out a friend in need. Josh loved animals taking in strays and he enjoyed playing with his friend's and neighbor's pets.
Services will be held at Columbus Baptist Church on Tuesday September 26, 2023. Viewing will be at 10:00 am with a service to follow at 11:00. Burial will be at Columbus Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Columbus Baptist Church
