Joshua James Lucero, 34, of Blackwater, passed away on December 27, 2024. He was born on November 24, 1990, in Phoenix, to Steven James Lucero and Flora Ann Evans.
Joshua had a passion for video games and music, particularly enjoying playing the guitar. He had an appreciation for anime and horror films, and he was a devoted fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Star Wars franchise. Above all, Joshua cherished his time with his daughter, Mavis, often taking her for walks and indulging her with treats. His affection for her was evident, as she frequently expressed her love for him.
Joshua is survived by his beloved daughter, Mavis Lucero; his parents, Steven and Flora; his siblings, Siasek Lucero, Brandon Lucero, and DeShane Evans; as well as a niece and a nephew.
He will be remembered for his loving nature and the joy he brought to those around him.
