Graveside services for Joshua Davin Mefford, 19, of Sallisaw, were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025, at Brushy Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mr. Mefford was born on Sept. 1, 2006, in Poteau to Tyler Wilson Hediger and Courtney Dawn Mefford. He died on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, in Fayetteville, Ark.
He enjoyed baseball, music, fishing, his baby brother and sister and animals.
Survivors include his mother, of Sallisaw; his father, of gore, one sister, Oaklynn Mefford of Sallisaw; one brother, Berkley Grant of Sallisaw; and other family members and friends.
Pallbearers were Ryon Mefford, Bailey Mattingly, Thomas Mefford, Weston Mefford, Broque Oft and Aisen Brown.
