Joshua Mikael Reiners

Joshua Reiners, age 53, of Melissa, Texas, passed away on December 19, 2025.

Joshua was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He shared 14 years of marriage with the love of his life and was known for his strength, resilience, and positive outlook through life’s challenges. He deeply loved his family and took great pride in all five of his children. He was honored to meet his first grandson, Constantine Joshua.

Josh was best known for his sense of humor and the joy he brought to his family and friends. He was funny, witty, and sarcastic, and his deep love for his children and family was always evident. He had a way of making people laugh and feel comfortable, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Joshua is survived by his wife, Kimberly Reiners; his daughter, Avery Reiners; his son, Jackson Reiners; his stepson, Lucas Sturgis; his stepdaughter, Chloe Sturgis; his stepson and daughter-in-law, Michael and Ivy Tomcykowski; and his grandson, Constantine Joshua; his mother and stepfather, Sharon and Jimmy Koetter; and his sister and brother-in-law, Aimee and Tyson Gabriel.

A funerak service will be held Friday, December 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Charles Smith & Sons Funeral Home, McKinney, Texas.
