Joshua Adam Smith, 42 of Lewisburg passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Peyton Hospice House.
Joshua was born November 16, 1981 in Ronceverte to the late Harry Randall and Dorothy Jane Harless Smith.
Joshua was currently working for a HVAC company out of Charleston, WV. He worked construction most of his life with his father and brother for Smith's Construction out of Lewisburg, WV. He also worked for the WV Coal industry. In school he played all sports and played in the band. He loved spending time with friends and family, making memories. He completed vocational school and a couple years of college. His favorite NFL team was the Washington Commanders where he loved to make memories with his family rooting for the family team. He was brave and full of adventures. He loved to fish and go hunting. He loved music and riding on the back roads. He was a son of God and found faith at a young age.
Other than his parents, Joshua was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Brown.
Surviving includes daughter, Keria Nicole Smith; sons, Kaleb Nolan Smith and Braxton Robert Honaker; sister, Cheryl Hambrick (Mike)of Crawley; brother, Randall Smith of Lewisburg; special niece, Amanda Hunt (Jeremy)of Bluefield, Kayla Powell (Hunter) of Missori and several other nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be 2:00 pm on Saturday February 3, 2024 at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg.
Friends may call one hour prior to service on February 3, 2024
