IN LOVING MEMORY
Josiah Daniel Davis
Aug 06 2010 - Jan 03 2026 Jan 03 2026
Josiah Daniel Davis was born on August 6, 2010, in
Los Angeles, California. From his earliest days, his life carried strength, purity, and a quiet joy that drew people near. Though his time on earth was brief, God filled it with purpose, sincerity, and love that will outlive generations.
Josiah attended Legacy Christian Academy in
Frisco, Texas, where his character reflected discipline, humility, and perseverance. He loved soccer and cross country-not merely for competition, but for the lessons of endurance: running with focus, finishing with integrity, and giving his best. These qualities marked his life.
Josiah loved his family deeply. He loved his nation and his community. He loved his church, Triumphant International, where he served faithfully and joyfully. Josiah understood that serving God was not an obligation, but an honor. He showed up with consistency, sincerity, and a willing heart.
He cherished serving alongside his beloved father, Kyron Davis; his devoted mother, Kerona Davis; and his cherished sister, Zoe Davis, in ministry. He witnessed faith lived out daily-prayer in motion, obedience in action, and love expressed through sacrifice. Without realizing it, he became a living testimony of what happens when faith is cultivated in the home and modeled with authenticity.
Scripture reminds us that life is not measured by length, but by faithfulness. Josiah's legacy is not defined by years, but by obedience. God accomplished much through a willing heart fully yielded to Him.
We do not speak of loss, but of promise fulfilled. We stand on the assurance of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Josiah lived with faith, served with joy, and now abides in eternal rest.
Josiah is lovingly remembered by his family, including a host of grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, grand-aunts, grand-uncles, and dear friends. He is also remembered by his church family, his community, and the nations, all of whom will carry his memory, faith, and example forward.
His life will echo through generations-through family, church, community, and the nations-calling others to live boldly, love purely, serve faithfully, and run their race with courage.
Josiah Daniel Davis ran his race with courage, finished with grace, and leaves a testimony of faith that will speak for generations to come.
"Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord … that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them."
-Revelation 14:13 (NKJV)
