Joy Mackay Obituary
Joy had a deep and abiding love for nature and the outdoors, finding peace and joy in the beauty of God's creation. Her Christian faith was a cornerstone of her life; she loved the Lord and lived her beliefs through her kindness and compassion. Joy was a cherished member of Piedmont Triad Church, where she was loved by all her friends and community. Her infectious laugh and warm presence will be profoundly missed.
She is survived by her loving parents, Jerry and Norma Fox, and her devoted brother, Jason Fox.
A service to celebrate Joy's life will be held 2 pm Saturday in the chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service, Archdale. The family will greet friends at the funeral home following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joy's memory to the Randolph Senior Adults Association, PO Box 1852, Asheboro, NC 27203.
