Dear Cousins,
Aunt Joyce was a wonderful Aunt and mentor . I have joyful
memories : home made root beer, " red velvet" cake and
Whiskey sour punch. She is a true southern lady.

I am so sad to hear about Aunt Joyce. I have many fond memories of her and Uncle Henry and playing and growing up with Chook and Christine. We watched and enjoyed many parades and cookouts at what is now the US Postal Service and Allen Ellender Federal Building.
My prayers and thoughts are with you at this time of your sad loss. She is now with Uncle Henry and our Dr/Uncle Tom and Emmy looking down and protecting us at this difficult time.

My thoughts and prayers go out to this wonderful family. Both Mrs. Joyce and Mr. Henry had careers trying to better people's lives. I was fortunate enough to be friends with her children. They also are nice people that I know their parents are proud of. Blessings to Chris, Clayton and Henry and to their families. I am happy that Mrs. Joyce had her last days in the same room my mom had. I know there was lots of love there. Sorry I cannot make the service today . Hugs to sweet people.

My heart is heavy to hear the news of Aunt Joyce! So many wonderful memories are attached to time spent with "Uncle Henry and Aunt Joyce". They were a special part of our childhood. I am so glad I was able to visit with her at Momma's service. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this difficult time.

My Dear Cousins,
With the passing of our parents we realize what a gift it is to have a close and loving family. The good times we shared as children at the Breaux home on Lafayette St. The porch at Mardi Gras and the front room at Christmas. Memories are a gift from God to comfort your grieving hearts.
How I always loved being around your Mom and Dad. Talking to your Mom at parties, listening to her stories, getting her "Secret" Red velvet cake receipt.
I thank God for the blessing of having such a wonderful Aunt. It is time for her to be reunited with Henry and be in the glory of God in heaven. They are always with us in the communion of saints. Our prayers are with you this day. Our love to you and your children.
