Joyce Dubrow Obituary
Born on October 27, 1928, in Detroit, Michigan, Joyce briefly pursued acting in Hollywood. Her single line in South Pacific earned her a small but memorable place in film history and her cherished 30 seconds of fame.
Joyce spent 20 years as a report processor at Ernst & Young, where her dedication and attention to detail earned the respect of colleagues. She later worked in the banking industry as a bank teller.
Joyce was not only a dedicated professional but also an avid movie watcher, finding joy and inspiration in the stories brought to life on the silver screen. She particularly enjoyed indulging in her favorite treat, dark chocolate, while watching her favorite films.
Outside of her work and hobbies, Joyce was an avid dog lover who found comfort and companionship in the company of her furry friends.
Joyce is survived by her three children, Roberta Scanlon, Jeffrey Kramer (Sheryl), Dr. John Dubrow (Andrew), five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held in Joyce's honor. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Helping Hounds

I´m sorry that my message didn´t go through on Saturday. I truly apologize and send my deepest sympathy to all of Joyce´s family for the loss of your mother. I consider Joyce a dear friend that inspired me with her love of life and her family. I always looked forward to spending time together with her, no matter if it was for a ride, shopping, lunch or just talking at home. Joyce will always be remembered in my memories and in my prayers.

I am so sad to hear of Joyce´s passing. I worked with her at Bank Of America. She was a remarkable woman with so much zest for life. I always told her that when I got her age that I wanted to be just like her. I loved listening to her wonderful stories about her life and her family. My condolences to all of her family at this heartbreaking time .
