Joyce R. Fraley

Joyce Robbins Fraley, 86, of Tinton Falls, NJ died Saturday May 11, 2024 peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. She grew up in Wall NJ and graduated from Manasquan High School in 1956. She married Carl Fraley and moved to Tinton Falls where they owned and operated an excavating company and a family farm. They also traveled each year in and out of the United States and Europe.
Joyce was hooked on country music. She sang and played the guitar and was known for her yodeling. But her greatest joy was her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She often said "I am so lucky to have them to love."
She was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Sadie Robbins, her husband, Carl Fraley, her sister, Alice Scheidt, and her grandson, Keith Fraley.
She is survived by her sister Valerie Jelliff and her husband Skip Jelliff of Neptune, NJ, a daughter, Robbin Napier of Tinton Falls, NJ, and a son Troy Fraley and his wife Cyndie Fraley of Wall NJ. She also leaves 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In keeping with Joyce's wishes she will be privately cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later time.
