JOYCE GOLDRING, 84, OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS WENT TO BE WITH THE LORD WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 18, 2026.

SHE DIED PEACEFULLY IN THE HOSPITAL WITH FAMILY BY HER SIDE. WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH SHE WILL BE MISSED. IF YOU KNEW MOM, GRAMMA, MISS JOYCE, AUNT JOYCE, MRS GOLDRING OR MISS G YOU KNEW A WONDERFUL WOMAN.

JOYCE WAS BORN IN DALLAS TEXAS. AS A CHILD SHE LIVED IN AUSTIN FOR A WHILE, WHICH WE DON'T HOLD AGAINST HER. SHE MARRIED THE LOVE OF HER LIFE, DON GOLDRING, WHEN SHE WAS JUST 15 YEARS OLD. HER SON, DAVID ROLLED INTO THE PICTURE WHEN SHE TURNED 20. HER PASSION WAS DANCE AND SHE TURNED THAT PASSION INTO HER FIRST AND LONGEST CAREER. SHE OWNED TWO DANCE STUDIOS WHERE HER DANCE GIRLS WILL TELL YOU SHE WAS MUCH MORE THAN A DANCE TEACHER. SHE TAUGHT THEM HOW TO BE LADIES AND HOW TO BE PASSIONATE ABOUT LIFE, AMONG MANY OTHER THINGS. HER SECOND CAREER WAS IN REAL ESTATE WHERE SHE WASN'T TOO CONCERNED ABOUT SELLING HOUSES VERSUS HELPING PEOPLE NAVIGATE THE REAL ESTATE WORLD TO GET THEM THE BEST OUTCOME.

NOW, ALL THAT SAID, HER MOST IMPORTANT ROLE TO HER WAS BEING "GRAMMA". SHE LOVED HER GRAND-DAUGHTERS AND THE TIME SHE GOT TO SPEND WITH THEM. TRAVELING IN EUROPE, NEW YORK, AND NUMEROUS OTHER PLACES. SHE TAUGHT THEM THE FACTS OF LIFE, WHICH WERE NOT ALWAYS WHAT THEY WANTED TO HEAR, BUT SHE TOLD EM ANYWAY.

SHE WAS A WONDERFUL WOMAN; MAY SHE REST IN PEACE.

SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER FATHER, MOTHER AND HUSBAND (DON).

SHE IS SURVIVED BY HER SON DAVID AND WIFE JANELL, TWO PRECIOUS GRAND-DAUGHTERS, DALLAS AND SIERRA. ONE SISTER-IN-LAW, JUNE AUGOSTINI; NUMEROUS NIECES, NEPHEWS, COUSINS, AND FRIENDS.

A CELEBRATION OF JOYCE'S LIFE WILL BE HELD ON SUNDAY MARCH 8, 2026, AT 2 PM AT THE GOLDRING HOME IN NORTH RICHLAND HILLS WHERE JOYCE LOVED TO ENTERTAIN CREATING FOND MEMORIES OF SO MANY WONDERFUL PARTIES SHE HOSTED THERE. THE CELEBRATION WILL INCLUDE A SERVICE, SNACKS AND VISITATION. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS PLEASE MAKE A DONATION TO A charity of your choice
