Friends and Family are invited to Joyce's Life Celebration at a visitation that will be from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM Saturday, March 28, 2026 at The Rialto in Hannibal, MO.
Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal, MO.
Joyce was born March 21, 1948, in Hannibal, MO to Earl Mowen and Ethel Vincent Mowen.
She was married to William Graham on July 24, 1964, in Hannibal, MO. He preceded her in death on November 23, 2019.
Survivors include her two children, Sandra "Sandy" Lee Cooper (Donnie) of Lentner, MO and William "Bill" Graham (Stephanie) of Lake St. Louis, MO. sister, Judy Nall of Macomb, IL; five grandchildren, Sherry Summers, Corey Cooper, Dylan Cooper, William "Will" Graham, and Evelynne "Evie" Graham; and lifelong friends, Kathy Duncan, Connie Winkie, and LaRae Chapstick. She is also survived by her companion of five years, Larry Dryden.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Thomas Mowen.
Joyce worked as an Insurance Agent and Office Manager for Farm Bureau Insurance in New London, MO for many years.
Joyce enjoyed thrift shopping and antiquing, she found joy in looking for her next treasure. Joyce loved world traveling, Greece, Spain, and Paris were among her favorites. Paris held a very special place in her heart; she traveled there three different times and wrote a informational travel book for others visiting the beautiful city. Joyce enjoyed watching reality TV, especially 90 Day Fiancé, Married at First Sight, and Naked and Afraid. Joyce looked forward to her Sunday dinners at Country Kitchen where she would always get their delicious fried chicken. Above all, Joyce cherished her family and the moments they spent together.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
