Joyce Eileen Howell
November 17, 1943 – June 21, 2025
Joyce passed away at home with family by her side. She was born in Wister, OK and raised in Sulphur, LA, to Lucille Watson Morris and Vestle Morris. After graduating High School in 1962 she moved to Albuquerque, NM to her new job in accounting. She met Max Howell in 1965 and they married in 1967. They were blessed with son Shawn in 1969 and daughter Tonya in 1972. The family moved to Broomfield, CO in 1970 and to Bedford, TX in 1979.
Joyce was a loving and caring family matriarch. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, golf and daily walks with friends and her dog “Winston”.
She is survived by husband Max, son, Shawn, daughter, Tonya and grandson Will James (Sydney) and many other family members, brothers Fonda, Larry and sister Sherry.
Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day always near still loved still missed.
