Beloit, WI - Joyce E. Knudson, 88, of Beloit, WI, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025 at Beloit Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 31, 1936 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of William and Laura (Lanning) Lyons. Joyce married Ronald Knudson on April 10, 1954. He predeceased her in 1984. Joyce was formerly employed by Durst Corporation and as a waitress at local restaurants. She enjoyed taking care of her horses and mules. Joyce could often be found on the dance floor. Survivors include her children, Vicki (Jeff) Sorenson, Sheree Nenneman, Ronald (Patty) Knudson, Lauri Knudson, and Tammy Knudson; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Joyce enjoyed spending the last 11 years of her life with Richard Arnold. Joyce was predeceased by her parents and brothers, John and Jerald. Per Joyce's request, no services will be held.
