Joyce MacDonald Obituary

Joyce dedicated her career to caring for others as a CNA at Roger Randall and Crest View Manor before her retirement. She enjoyed listening to classical music, finishing the New York Times crossword puzzle, and watching the wildlife in her yard.
She was predeceased by her husband, Eddie MacDonald, and her parents, Ida Bradley and David Sawyer. Joyce and Eddie were married on April 15, 1964, and shared 37 years together until his passing on October 15, 2001.
She is survived by her children and their partners: Wendy and Vaughn Webb, Leigh and Sherry MacDonald, Michele and Johnny Anderson, Brian and Lisa MacDonald, and Jason MacDonald. She also leaves behind her siblings, Alice Luhrs and Peggy Benn; sister-in-law, Pauline MacDonald; many nieces and nephews; and a large family of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private burial will be held for family. Friends and loved ones are invited to a Celebration of Life on Saturday, September 6, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Littleton Snow Sled Club in Littleton, Maine. To share memories and condolences please visit www.bowersfuneral.com
