Joyce E. Mogler, 83, of Fort Dodge, and formerly of Dayton, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Paula J. Baber Hospice House in Fort Dodge.
A Celebration of Life service for Joyce will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the United Methodist Church in Dayton. Pastor Kay. Christie & Chaplain Denise Halverson will co-officiate. Joyce Elaine Harrington was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, on May 4, 1941, the daughter of Lloyd and Thelma (Gray) Harrington. She graduated with the Harcourt High School class of 1960.
On November 16, 1979, she was united in marriage to Calvin “Cal” Mogler. The couple established their home in Dayton where she was a member of the United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Dennis Harrington, and many aunts & uncles.
Survivors include her husband, Cal Mogler of Fort Dodge, IA; children, Lynn Dutcher of Stuart, IA, Lori (Kirk) Moore of Otho, IA, Jason Mogler of Grinnell, IA; Paul Mogler of New Jersey, Scott (Michelle) Mogler of Marshalltown, IA, Rickie Mogler of Phoenix, Arizona, Deb Mogler of San Tan Valley, Arizona, and Leann (Steve) Price of Arizona; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
