Loomis Family Funeral Home - ApopkaIn the early morning of March 27, God called to rest Joyce C. Morrow. Joyce was the daughter of Edward Harline and Sally Poster. She was married to her loving husband S. Jay Morrow for over 50 years.
Joyce attended Pottstown HS. (PA) and was noted for being the drum major for the HS band.
After graduation Joyce worked as a dental assistant for 20 years. She served as the Women’s Liaison for the Royersford Police Department and was the leader of the Elementary School crossing guard program. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Royersford and was head of the acolyte program and also sang in the church choir for many years, but her greatest joy came from being a Silent Clown of Grace Church.
After moving to Orlando in the early 2000’s, Joyce became an avid member of the First United Methodist Church in Apopka.
Joyce will be dearly missed by her two sons, J. Brian Morrow and Charles Morrow. Granddaughter Kelsey Lyn Morrow, and 2 great granddaughters Rylee Grace and Raegan Lyn. She will also be missed by her brother Edward Hartline, several nieces and nephews, cousins, a furry friend named Daphne, and a host of her second family at First United Methodist Church.
