Joyce Marie Radke

Joyce Marie Radke entered the gates of Heaven, greeted by family and friends on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. She was 75 years old. Holding her hand while she left this world were her loved ones.

Joyce was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on April 22, 1950. Joyce loved the Golden Girls, Diet Coke, coffee, and Lorna Doones. Her very favorite place to go for a special meal was Cracker Barrel. She was a spunky lady who had the most amazing one-liners. She was kind, compassionate, and could often be heard saying, "Love You, Honey!" Everyone who met her instantly adored her.

Joyce leaves behind many friends, including Jodi Beuch and Elizabeth Hvidsten. The many wonderful staff at Hope Residence in Belle Plaine who took great care of her. Her many friends at ProAct and many other people she had met throughout her life.

We are celebrating Joyce's life with a memorial service to be held on April 8, 2026, hosted at McNearney-Schmidt Funeral and Cremation, 1220 3rd Ave E, Shakopee, beginning at 10:30 AM. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 9, also at McNearney-Schmidt. A reception will follow the service at the Shakopee VFW, Post # 4046. A private interment will be held at Valley Cemetery, Shakopee.
