Joyce Roadman Obituary
Born on September 29th, 1948, in Waukegan, Illinois, to the late John J. and Dorothy Harris Skotko, Joyce continued her education after graduating high school, earning a degree in the field of nursing. She went on to pursue a career in healthcare becoming a Registered Nurse. She was an amazing nurse who was beloved by her patients. Joyce Roadman was a person who lived life to the fullest. She had a love for gardening, travel, and new adventures. Now she is on the greatest adventure.
Joyce is survived by her children, Barret Roadman and Nikole Johnson and her granddaughter, Gabrielle Seifert.
A small intimate graveside ceremony and committal was held on Friday, April 18th, 2025, at Restlawn Memorial Gardens cemetery in Port Charlotte where she was laid to rest.
Friends may visit online at www.robersonfh.com to extend condolences to the family. Arrangements by Roberson Funeral Homes, Port Charlotte Chapel.
