Joyce Laurent Shafer passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Billie J. Shafer. Mother of Cynthia Plaisance, Dinah Hall (John), Pamela Weber (Rodney), Denise Coburn and the late Louis J. Plaisance Jr. Also survived by a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
