Joyce Lynn Simpson, 70, of Blairstown, New Jersey, passed away on March 5, 2026 at Hackettstown Hospital.
Born on October 25, 1955 in Brooklyn, New York, Joyce was the daughter of the late Salvatore Romano and Concetta Romano (née Carbone). She later made New Jersey her home, where she built a life centered around her family, faith, and love of music.
Joyce worked for many years at H&R Block, where she assisted many clients with dedication and care. In addition to her work, she had a passion for music and enjoyed teaching guitar to musicians, sharing her knowledge and love of music with others.
She also volunteered her time at St. Luke's Church in Spotswood, New Jersey, where she was always willing to lend a helping hand within her church community.
Joyce is survived by her loving husband, Charles Simpson, and her five children.
