Joyce Ann Westfall

Joyce Ann Westfall, 77, widow of Ricky Hans Westfall and William Ray Pittman, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at her home in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in Springfield, Ohio, on July 28, 1947, to the late Clayton Combs and Martha Fay Dement. A beloved Mom, Nanny, and Granny, Joyce was proud to live for The Lord. She always tried her best to do right by The Lord and love all people the way He loves her, especially her family; she is with Him now. Joyce is survived by her daughter, Loretta Westfall; four grandkids, Sharon (Jeremy) Newman, Justin Pittman, Tiffany (Clinton) Lowry, and Ashley Westfall; four stepkids, Jennifer (Paul) Clem, Marlon (Chandra) Westfall, Michael Westfall, and Vickie (Randy) Hollon; eight great-grandkids, Braxton, Waylon, Ariana, Gabby, Kendal, Jayden, Cayden, and Archer; nine step grandkids; and one great-great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Pittman. In addition to her husbands, Ricky and William, she is preceded in death by her son, Billy Pittman; daughter, Sheila Harris; and stepdaughter, Vickie Hollon. Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, April 22, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Ryan Dotson officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, where bearers will be Darrell Harris, Clinton Lowry, Jeremy Newman, Justin Pittman, and Marlon Westfall. Serving as honorary bearers will be Waylon and Braxton Pittman. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service, Tuesday, at the funeral home.
