We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2022 we had to say goodbye to our loving mother Joyce Gail Whitlock at the age of 72.
She is survived by sisters, Pat Boeche and Mary VanCleave both of Waco; children, William James Whitlock Jr. and his wife, JoAnne of Hico, Roy Luedke of Mart, James Lee Luedke of West, Jimmy Lynn Whitlock and his wife, Patty Burnett of Mart, Bobbie Joyce Davis and her husband, Avery Jack Sr. of Bellmead, Lois Matilda Rhodes and her husband, Timothy Lee of Mart and Dora Diane Regian and her husband, Ronnie Dwayne of Axtell; and many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Dora B. Daniels; her father, Cecil Daniels; her loving husband, William James Whitlock Sr.; granddaughters, Ashley Nicole Whitlock and Dena Luedke; sisters, Emily and Mildred; and brother, Hudson.
Honorary pallbearers will be, J.W. Whitlock, Kingston Regian, A.J. Davis, James Baker, Timothy Rhodes, Aaron Luedke, William Lynn Whitlock and Todd Davis.
Graveside services will be 10:00 am Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Oklahoma Cemetery, County Line Rd. and FM 608, Mart, Texas. Visitation will be 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, July 8, 2022 at Bellmead Funeral Home, 809 LaClede St. Waco, Texas 76705.
