Joyce is survived by her children, Neleh and her husband Mike, Dennis and his wife Stacey, Bill and his wife Missy and her great-niece Amanda, whom she raised. She was a loving grandmother to Brandon, Caelen, Aidan, Morgan, Jacob, Gavyn, Britany and Sarah. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Mabel Milburn.
Joyce graduated from Lansdowne High School in 1966. She started her working career as a bookkeeper before moving on to manage Rite Aid Stores. Later in life she managed the St. Agnes Hospital gift shop, before ending her career as a receptionist in a medical office. Her favorite occupations were being a mom and grandmom. In her free time, she could be found simply spending time with her family, watching her favorite shows and rooting for the home teams.
The family is planning a celebration of life and will share those details once arrangements are made. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration.

Joyce will be deeply missed by all who love her. Her family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered their support during this difficult time.
