He is survived by his wife, Madonna Evans; children, Tianna Evans, Cody Evans, Isaiah Evans; parents, Tyrone and Gwen Evans; siblings, Trent Evans, Xavier Cousin (Candice), Kim Cousin; grandmother, Gardenia Curry; in-laws, Johnny Cousin, Hwa-Cha Wells (Carlton) of Colorado Springs; aunt, Theresa Carraway, Durham, NC, a host of family and friends.
Visitation: 11am-1pm Thursday, July 17, 2025 at A.D. Porter & Sons Southeast, 4501 Bardstown Rd., funeral service to follow at 1pm. Burial: Calvary Cemetery.
