PRICE- It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Jrue Jerreon Dennis. He was taken from us too soon on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at the tender age of seven weeks. Though his time with us was brief, the depth of love and happiness he shared will forever remain in our hearts.
He loved football Sunday's with his dad, jumping on his mom's lap, days with his Gigi and Eevee, and kisses on his nose from mom and dad. He had a smile as bright as the sun, the biggest yawns, the most sneezes, and the loudest farts.
Jrue is survived by his loving parents, Jaylon Dennis and Brylan Pierce; grandparents, Bryan and Melissa Pierce and Frankie and Brandy Burgess; great-grandparents, Merrille Maloof and Tammy and Vincent Chavira; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Preceded in death by his great-grandfather, George Ross Taylor; great-grandmother, Juanita Withers; great-aunt, Debbie Noone; great-uncle, Mike Dennis; cousin, Jerreon Dennis; great-grandmother, Connie Lee Pierce; and great-grandfather, Frank Burgess.
The family would like to express deep gratitude to everyone at Mitchell Funeral Home, Carbon County First Responders; a special thank-you to Officer Parry with Price City Police Department, and many friends, family members, and neighbors for all of their generosity and support during this difficult time.
Celebration of Life, Wednesday, December 4, 2024, 2:00 p.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price. The family will receive friends from 12:00 (noon) - 2:00 p.m. prior to the celebration of life. Burial will follow in the Cliffview Cemetery in Price.
Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price and Huntington where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Jrue online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net
