Juan Boone
June 11, 1944 – July 15, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Juan Boone, who left this world on July 15, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on June 11, 1944, in Mexico to Francisco Boone and Maria Carrillo, Juan lived a full and meaningful life grounded in hard work, deep love for his family, and a passion for the simple joys of life.
Juan was a devoted husband to his beloved wife of 25 years, Yolanda Boone, and a proud father to his children: sons Juan Boone Jr., Mark Allen Boone, Enrique Mireles, and David Hernandez Jr., and daughters Brenda Boone, Danya Boone, Debrah Reynolds, and Chavela Boone. He also leaves behind five generations of grandchildren, who brought him endless joy and pride.
He is survived by his loving siblings: one brother, Antonio Boone, and two sisters, Nina Menchaca and Mary Mata.
Juan spent many years on the road as a dedicated truck driver, a career that reflected his strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. At home, he found peace and happiness working in the yard, caring for his animals, and enjoying the outdoors. He had a love for gambling and was an enthusiastic fan of WWE wrestling.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco Boone and Maria Carrillo, as well as three sons: Jose Angel Boone, Bobby Lee Boone, and Michael Wayne Boone and one brother Jose Luis Boone.
Those who knew Juan will remember his warm heart, his devotion to family, and the wisdom he passed on through his example. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
Cremation is under the direction of Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home
