It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Juan C. Osorio, a caring and loving soul, who left us at the age of 40. Juan was a longtime resident of Lynn, MA, and a proud graduate of Lynn Tech, Class of 2002. Known for his kindness and his willingness to help anyone in need, Juan made a lasting impact on the lives of all who knew him.
Juan is survived by his beloved mother, Nitza Ayala; his devoted sister, Nitza Perdomo; his nephews, his grandmother, aunts, and his cherished sons, Juan Osorio Jr. and Taeveon Neubert. He is also remembered by his many friends and extended family members, all of whom were touched by his warm heart and infectious energy.
Though stubborn at times, Juan's love for those around him knew no bounds. His presence will be deeply missed, and the memories he left behind will forever be treasured by those who had the privilege to know and love him.
Thank you, Juan, for the beautiful memories you have given us. We will carry them with us always.
Family and friends will honor Juan's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street, East Boston, on Friday, November 22nd from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM before leaving in procession to Pine Grove Cemetery in Lynn.

I just want to say that I am so sad about my friend Juan. He helped me out and he was a good genuine person. I am lucky to have known him. Anyway, we had fun together and he talked to me about his Mom and his sister and his children. He was my friend and I miss him. I am sorry for your loss. I don´t know what to say but, he was genourous, caring and a kind person,
