Juan Villalobos Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by East Haven Funeral Home on Oct. 18, 2025.

Publish in a newspaper

Juan Antonio Villalobos, a cherished patriarch, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2025, in Pasadena, Texas. Born on November 11, 1953, in Coahuila, Mexico, he brought joy and love into this world for nearly 72 years.
Juan's life was a testament to the power of hard work and dedication. He spent over five decades as a painter, a craft he mastered with passion and precision. His artistry with the brush was not just a profession but a way to express his vibrant spirit. He was well-respected among his peers and those in his community, not just for his skill but for the warmth and generosity he extended to all.
Family was the cornerstone of Juan's life. He is survived by his loving wife, Adele Villalobos, with whom he built a life full of laughter and love. Together they raised a family that includes their children Elizabeth Garcia (Daniel), Brenda Villalobos (Simon), Belinda Villalobos (Jeremy), and their cherished grandchildren Christabella, Christopher, Dominick, Desiree, Halie, Aubree, Addie, Jaxon, Penelope, Destiny, Simon, Alyssa, and Aspen. Juan's legacy continues to flourish through his great-grandchildren Aidan, Ava, and Janelle. He is also lovingly remembered by his brothers Rafael Villalobos and Mario Jacobo; his sisters Rosario Rodriguez, Lourdes Villalobos, and Maria de Jesus Villalobos. Juan was preceded in death by his parents Juan Villalobos and Maria de Jesus Jacobo, his sons Juan Antonio Villalobos Jr. and Christopher Villalobos, and his sisters Theresa Quiroz and Olivia Villalobos.
Juan's interests were as rich and diverse as the life he led. He was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures-tending to his plants, caring for animals, and cheering on his favorite soccer teams. Music filled his home, and he was often the first to get up and dance, a sight that brought happiness to all who knew him. His love for barbequing turned every family gathering into a feast, and his selfless nature ensured that everyone felt welcome and cared for.
Those who knew Juan will remember him as a loving soul, always ready to lend a hand. He was the embodiment of selflessness, with a knack for fixing anything that needed repair. His presence was a comfort, his smile a beacon of light. Juan's memory will be cherished and kept alive in the stories told at family gatherings, in the echoes of the songs he loved to dance to, and in the beauty of the plants and animals he so tenderly nurtured.
Juan Antonio Villalobos lived a life that was full and meaningful. His impact on this world was profound, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. As we say goodbye to this extraordinary man, we take comfort in knowing that his legacy of love, kindness, and joy will continue to inspire us all for generations to come.
