Juan Zavala Jr. Obituary
Juan R. Zavala was born January 21, 1942 in El Paso, Texas. Juan was a proud, larger than life, Navy veteran. For over 35 years, Juan and his brother Carlos Zavala had a very successful custom motorcycle shop Z-Bros Custom. The Zavala brothers were not only well known as local legends but also known for their radical bikes. Juan was also a collector and classic car enthusiast, the legacy of his lifelong passion.
Juan is survived by the love of his life Bea Franco Zavala, brothers Carlos Zavala, Ricardo Zavala; sister Elvia Linda Valadez; nephews Charles Lowenberg, Kenny Lowenberg; and niece Celeste Peal.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM, on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Homes- Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass. Funeral Mass will follow at 1:00 PM, on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Blessed Sacrament Church, 9025 Diana Dr. Committal Service will follow at 2:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
