Juana Ramirez

Juana Ramirez, age 97, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2025, in Tyler, Texas. She was born on October 24, 1928, in Mexico, and lived a long, full, and beautifully spirited life surrounded by the family she cherished.
Juana was a woman of warmth, strength, and grace. She found joy in the simple rhythms of daily life-tending to her yard and plants, enjoying her cafecito, her beloved Coke, and her favorite dishes like nopal. She rarely missed an episode of Caso Cerrado, and she loved to adorn herself with her jewelry, always looking elegant and radiant. Her presence lit up a room, and her laughter and love will be treasured forever.
She is survived by her children: Benito Ramirez, Martin Ramirez, Maria Guadalupe Gomez, Delia Espinoza, Yolanda Villanueva, Socorro Villlalobos, Mirna Ramirez, Elva Ramirez, Marisela Ramirez, and Marissa Alonso; her sister, Rofina Ruiz; her many grandchildren: Erubiel Alonso, Derek Alonso, Jacob Ramirez, Andres Ramirez, Yasmeli Cedillo, Ruben Cedillo, Norely Ramirez, Abner Tovar, Galilea Tovar, Mayrna Abilene Garza Ramirez, Raul Andres Garza Ramirez, Juan Arnulfo Garza Ramirez, Karla Zavala, Luisana Zavala, Melissa Zavala, Saray Blanco, America Bunch, Ivet Zuniga, Juanita Ramirez, Benito Ramirez Jr., David Espinoza, Abel Espinoza, Veronica Espinoza, Judith Espinoza, Francisco Aleman, Leonel Aleman, Erika Ramirez, Aleida Gonzalez, Erasmo Gomez, Lorena Gomez, Zenon Gomez Jr., and Gisela Gomez; as well as 40 great-grandchildren who brought her endless pride and joy.
Those who preceded her in death include her beloved husband, Andres Ramirez; her parents, Ignacio Ruiz and Concepcion Almora; her daughter, Vella Aleman; and her sister, Aurelia Ruiz.
Juana leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and family unity. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Nació el 24 de octubre de 1928 en México y vivió una vida larga, plena y bellamente animada rodeada de la familia que tanto apreciaba. Juana era una mujer de calidez, fortaleza y gracia. Encontraba alegría en los ritmos sencillos de la vida diaria: cuidar su jardín y sus plantas, disfrutar de su cafecito, su querida Coca-Cola y sus platos favoritos como el nopal. Rara vez se perdía un episodio de Caso Cerrado, y le encantaba adornarse con sus joyas, siempre luciendo elegante y radiante. Su presencia iluminaba una habitación, y su risa y amor serán atesorados para siempre. Le sobreviven sus hijos: Benito Ramírez, Martín Ramírez, María Guadalupe Gómez, Delia Espinoza, Yolanda Villanueva, Socorro Villlalobos, Mirna Ramírez, Elva Ramírez, Marisela Ramírez y Marissa Alonso; su hermana, Rofina Ruiz; sus numerosos nietos: Erubiel Alonso, Derek Alonso, Jacob Ramírez, Andrés Ramírez, Yasmeli Cedillo, Rubén Cedillo, Norely Ramírez, Abner Tovar, Galilea Tovar, Mayrna Abilene Garza Ramírez, Raúl Andrés Garza Ramírez, Juan Arnulfo Garza Ramírez, Karla Zavala, Luisana Zavala, Melissa Zavala, Saray Blanco, America Bunch, Ivet Zuniga, Juanita Ramírez, Benito Ramírez Jr., David Espinoza, Abel Espinoza, Verónica Espinoza, Judith Espinoza, Francisco Aleman, Leonel Aleman, Erika Ramírez, Aleida González, Erasmo Gómez, Lorena Gómez, Zenón Gómez Jr. y Gisela Gómez; así como 40 bisnietos que le trajeron un orgullo y alegría infinitos.
