Family hour 10:30 AM Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM, Pastor George W. Hodges, officiating, Pastor Floyd U.H. Fuller, Eulogist. Interment, River Rest Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Funeral Home, 10:30 AM Wednesday. Mrs. Banks-Rutherford will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM-6:00 PM Tuesday.
Mrs. Banks-Rutherford service will be webcasted on the day of the funeral service.

Sincere condolences to my dear cousins. Aunt Juanita was a very special Aunt to me. She loved everyone and had a heart filled with love. She will be missed but never forgotten. My prayers are with all of you
