Juanita B. Chevrier

Juanita B. Chevrier, 90, died peacefully at her home while surrounded in the love of her family on February 5, 2025. Juanita was the loving wife of Raymond Chevrier for over 69 wonderful years. Born Sept 21, 1934, she was a twin daughter of the late Anthony and Helen (Giroux) Czyzewski.
Juanita and Ray raised their family in Prospect. As a loving mother to her five children, Juanita's life centered around her family. Her joy grew as she became a grandmother and earned the loving title of "Teetee". As her family grew with each new great grandchild so did Juanita's joy. This "Fashionista" Teetee was always the best dressed with her matching shoes and purse and hair perfectly coiffed. She was a faithful watcher of the soap operas and the Hallmark channel all while keeping up with friends on Facebook. Juanita loved music, particularly Neil Diamond and Elvis Presley and attended many concerts over the years. Her favorite time of year was Autumn, especially Halloween. Loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother; Juanita leaves many beautiful memories. Her love and memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
Juanita leaves her devoted husband Raymond, her children Karen Kearnery and husband Tom of Bristol, Linda Bernier and husband Gary of Oakville, Tami Pilbin and husband Jay of Terryville and Scott Chevrier and his love Danette of Prospect. She also leaves her cherished grandchildren Kristen (Jorge) Kearney, Katie (Saun) Kearney, Jason Bernier and Jeffrey (Caitlin) Bernier, Jason Chevrier and Nathan Caron, Cassandra Pronovost, Justin(Megi) Pronovost, Jessica, and Ashleigh(Ben) Payne, and nine great grandchildren: Aleyna, Addison, Nova, Ethan, Nathan Jr, Natalie, Leila, Zachary, and Matteo. Juanita is predeceased by her son Randall Chevrier, her twin sister Anita Shopel and her parents.
Friends and family are invited to visit with Juanita's family on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 11am to 12:30pm at Prospect Memorial/ The Palmerie Family Funeral Home, 122 Waterbury Rd, Prospect. A Memorial Service will follow at 12:30 pm. Burial will be in the spring.
