She was born on November 12, 1944, in Harlan County, KY to Hamp and Flossie Clem. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Johnny Johnson.
Survived by her children, Kim Anderson (Danny), Vanessa Anderson (Randy), Johnny Johnson, Jr. (Laura), Jamie Johnson (Kristina); grandchildren, Wendy Collins (William), Christina Anderson (Bradley), James Anderson (Selena), Tabetha Anderson (Eddie), Ashtyn Johnson, Alayna Poston, Amber Fraze (Keith), James Johnson (Miranda), Ashley Garry (Alex), Gabriel Johnson; 13 great grandchildren; 5 sisters; 1 brother and many other family and friends.
Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Western Hills Church, 7565 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209 with Pastor Vera Alexander officiating.
Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at Western Hills Church.

i'll always miss picking poke salad with you, old disney VHS movies, your infectious laugh that filled every room you walked into, the smell of bacon and biscuits in the morning knowing the day would only get better. you've brought this family together more than you know. i'm so happy you're with grandpa again, we will hold onto your memories for you down here. i love you.
