William Scharff Obituary

William became a faithful member of First Church Nashville, where he was known for his steady presence and commitment to his church family. Though his life's journey was marked by challenges, the closing chapters of his story reflected the grace of God and the hope of redemption.
William also gave his support to Curtis House, a transitional home for men reentering society after incarceration. His encouragement and belief in second chances left a lasting impact, reflecting his desire to see others find healing, stability, and a new beginning.
He will be remembered at First Church as a faithful member whose life bore witness to God's mercy and the possibility of renewal.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, September 7, at 2:00 p.m. at First Church Nashville, 7512 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN.
