Juanita was born on October 14, 1964, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to James Thomas Adams and Linda Kay Henderson Reed.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Adams, and her sister, Cynthia Bentle.
She is survived by: her husband, Richard Keen; children, Jeremy (Celeste) Keen, Holly (Colby) Smith, Eric (Janice) Keen; brothers, Wayne (Lisa) Adams, Bill (Valerie) Wilson, Michael (Janet) Wilson; sister, Marchetta Pedigo; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
The family plans to have a celebration of life at a later date.

Juanita and I use to be really close. I missed that later in life and was never able to get it back. I loved her dearly and she will always be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
