Juanita Martin Obituary

Published by Legacy on Sep. 19, 2025.
Juanita Ann Martin, a thoughtful soul, born on the 19th of April 1948 in Fort Worth, Texas, has departed us on the 12th of September 2025. Juanita was a person of remarkable character, known for her unwavering loyalty to those she loved and the deep thoughtfulness she extended to everyone she encountered.

Juanita's life was as unique and varied as her interests. She was a fearless truck driver in the transportation industry, a role she retired from but never truly left. Her love for the open road was only matched by her fondness for the tranquility of fishing, the thrill of traveling, and the unpredictability of slots and gambling. She enjoyed cheering at a rodeo, volunteering at a food bank, or immersed in a game. A lover of music and a devoted fan of Westerns, Juanita's spirit was as vibrant and captivating as the stories she loved.

Family was the cornerstone of Juanita's life, a value she held dear above all else. She leaves behind her son, John Bumguardner, who will forever cherish the memory of his beloved mother; grandchildren, Tiffany Cates, Dustin Wayne Bumguardner and wife Samantha, Jeremiah Bumguardner; 6 great grandchildren and brother, Gary Frisbie.

Juanita was predeceased by her parents, son, James Ervin Bumguardner, III, and daughter, Marsha Kay Turner.
