Juanita Evelyn Slough, age 99 passed away on March 6th, 2025 in Loma Linda. She was born June 12, 1925 in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Married to Harry Herbert Slough for almost 74 years to his death 6 years ago, she is survived by 4 children; Ron, David, Jere and Kyla, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
After marrying her husband they moved to China in 1947 where he was a self supporting missionary dentist until chased out by the communist in 1949.
They moved to Geneva, Ohio in 1955, where they raised their family. Not only was she a wonderful, loving mother and wife, she owned and ran a nursing home for several years.
In September 2015 they relocated and moved in with their son Dave and was there until her passing.
Juanita will be laid to rest next to her late husband Harry at Montecito Memorial Park in Loma Linda, California.
