Judge Theodore "Theo" Lux Pollock, 4 months, of Climax, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2023.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tucker Lewis officiating. Caishon Hutto, Parker Rowland, and Jesse Griffin will serve as active pallbearers. Emergency Medical Services Family, Law Enforcement Family, Fire Department Family, Jason Moye, Mackel Cooper, Sam Slaughter, and Toby Alday will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Judge Theodore Lux Pollock was born May 25, 2023, in Bainbridge, GA, the son of Tyler & Courtney Pollock. He was a mama's boy who loved his brother and sisters. Judge was most content outside gazing at the sky. He was enamored with the sights and sounds of the fair, especially the Ferris wheel. Quite the flirt, he was known to grin at any woman willing to talk to him. His beautiful smile captured your heart.
Survivors include his parents, Courtney & Tyler Pollock; his siblings, Scarlett, Serenity, Saige, and Toby; his grandparents, Becky Pollock, Suzanne & Johnny Lambert, and Richard & Ashley Chaney; his aunts & uncles, Georgia, Aaron, Jeremi, Macey, Parker, Leigh, Katie, James, Jason, and Sulyn; his cousins, Willow and Juniper; and a host of extended family. Judge was preceded in death by his grandfather, William "Billy" Pollock; and his great-grandmother, Lynne Lewis.
