Judith Beaudoin Obituary
Born on July 28, 1941, in Coventry, RI, a daughter of the late Clovis and Elvira (Cabral) Petrin, Judith's vibrant spirit touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her, and her unwavering strength, generosity, and love will forever be remembered and celebrated.
Throughout her life, Judith pursued her dreams with determination and achieved great success. First, working for the Coventry School Department, then working alongside her husband Harold at the Rural Insurance Agency and then as the proud co-owner of J&J Insurance Agency, Inc., she made a lasting impact in the insurance industry. Her dedication, knowledge, and integrity served as an inspiration to her colleagues and clients alike. Judith's hard work and professionalism were a testament to her character and unwavering commitment to excellence. An esteemed member of the community, Judith was a Past President of the Pawtuxet Valley Rotary Club. She enjoyed traveling and vacationing as well as participating in parades with the Shriners alongside Harold.
She is survived by her two sons, Richard W. Dionne, Jr. of Barrington, and James C. Dionne and his wife Michelle of Coventry; two brothers, Clovis Petrin of Ohio, and George Petrin of Coventry; a sister, Gilda Malo of West Greenwich and four grandchildren, Tayla Barreira of Coventry, Isabel Dionne of Barrington, Tyler Dionne of Coventry, and Juliet Dionne of Barrington, whom held a special place in her heart and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. in the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick. Interment will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Monday evening from 5 to 7 p.m.
