Judith M. Brulotte passed away on October 5th, 2025, at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. She was born on September 5, 1942, in Westmoreland, Kansas.
She attended grade school in Cowiche, graduating from Highland High School in 1960.
After graduating she went to beauty school working at a small beauty shop for a while, then moving to Peoples. She also worked at Lay & Nord, Wilber Ellis and Christopher Banks, which she liked a lot, feeding her shopping addiction right at her finger tips.
Judy loved to travel in Europe. Her favorite place was Ireland going many times. She could talk for hours about what she had seen, where you need to go, visiting family and planning the next trip over. Mom also loved her family and Holiday gatherings making way too much food and sending everyone home full.
She is survived by her two daughters, Kimberly Smith and Mindy Trujillo. Grandchildren Patrick Smith, Adam Smith (Mahal), Tanner Trujillo, Taylor Trujillo and Tori Trujillo. Her Great Grandchildren Amaya and Zavier Trujillo Farias (her babies), Brothers, Dennis Caffrey (Roberta), Ronnie Caffrey (Donna) and several nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her husband of 58 years, Theodore Brulotte Jr, her parents, John L. Caffrey and Avis Dunbar, and her brother, Larry Caffrey.
Viewing will be held at Shaw & Sons Funeral Home on October 12th from 3-5pm. Mass and Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 14th at 9:00am at St. Paul's Chapel with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
