Judith was born September 8, 1950, to Leo and Bobbie Williams in St. Louis Missouri.
Judy was a loving mother to James Bay of Carbondale, Illinois, Jeanette (Roger) Skeen of Bay Minette, Alabama, and Jill (Rob) Torstrup of Pensacola, Florida; and a cherished and loving grandmother, to John Buza, Nathaniel Skeen, Elizabeth Skeen (fiancée Hunter Clinton), Robert Torstrup, and Kalista Torstrup. She was a loving older sister, to Janice Frazier and Robin (Charles) Hopper.
Judy dedicated her life to her family with a listening ear in a warm embrace she enjoyed crocheting and was an adamant Cardinal baseball fan.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, John Buza and her parents Leo and Bobby Williams.
She is survived by her children, her grandchildren and her two sisters.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, with graveside rights and burial at Barrancas National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m., conducted by Trahan Family Funeral Home.
