Judith A. Cundy, age 71 of W 9211 Sunset Point Rd. Beaver Dam, WI passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at the Beaver Dam Community Hospital after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 22 at 3:00 p.m. at the Koepsell Funeral Home. Mayville, WI with Deacon Willis Heidemann officiating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 22, from 12:00 (noon) - 3:00 p.m. at the Koepsell Funeral Home, Mayville. Interment will take place on at Graceland Cemetery in Mayville.
Judith was born the daughter of Elmer C. Nitschke and Marjorie R. Sutton on December 24, 1939 in Beaver Dam. She was united in marriage to Lynn H. Cundy on September 12, 1959 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mayville.
Judith was a 1957 graduate of Beaver Dam High School. She attended the University of Wisconsin. Judith worked at Schellpfeffer Law Firm for 30 years. She was also a certified State Appraiser for 10 years, and also a realtor for Del Ponte Real Estate. In her spare time, Judith enjoyed her family and friends. She also liked shopping, travel, casino trips, camping and watching her grandchildren in their athletic activities. She was also a member of the Mayville Fire Department Women's Auxiliary.
Judith is survived by her husband; Lynn of Beaver Dam. Her mother; Marjorie Nitschke of Beaver Dam., her children; Dori (Terry) Klapper of Beaver Dam and Gregory Cundy of Horicon. Her 5 grandchildren; Lacey (Adam) Hupf, Kendra Cundy, Sarah Cundy, Payton Klapper, and Lukas Cundy. Her brother; Gene 'Butch' Nitschke of Florida. Her sister in law; Betty Ann Cundy of Beaver Dam. Her brother in law; Gilbert (Ruth) Cundy Jr. of Wild Rose. Her mother in law; Elizabeth Cundy of Beaver Bam. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
She was preceded in death by her father and 1 sister, Marlene Linde.
