Judith Anne (O'Brien) Edwards was born on January 31, 1955, in Pontiac, Michigan to parents Frank J. and Norma J. O'Brien. She left this earth on January 28, 2026, at the age of 70, peacefully in her home in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

She grew up in Walled Lake, Michigan with 7 brothers and sisters. She attended Walled Lake Schools, graduating in 1973 with her future husband Barry Edwards. She was a long-time member of the staff at The Gardens in Sapulpa, with 28 years of service. She loved both the staff and the residents. Judy worked hard trying to bring happiness and comfort to all. She also loved taking care of her home, outdoor activities, and working in her yard.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, brothers David O'Brien and Mark O'Brien, and grandson Mason Hood.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years Barry Edwards, daughter Bonnie Hood, husband Robby and grandson Blake, daughter Brooke Gelein, husband James and grandson Jaxon, son Michael Edwards and fiancé Courtney Gray, brother John O'Brien and family, sisters Maureen Fiyalko and family, Darleen Kolenda and family, Dorothy O'Brien Blocki, and Betsy Easton and family. Judy loved her many nieces and nephews.
