Judith Gerwig Obituary
Judy was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Taneytown, MD, and worked as an Executive Secretary for Random House.
Surviving are children, Jeffrey and wife Karen Barrett, and Timothy and wife Diane Gerwig; brother, James Forrest; six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Judy was predeceased by sister, Lavinia Gigliotti; and brother, William Keefe.
A Memorial Mass will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 44 Frederick Street, Taneytown, MD 21787, With Father John Ward officiating. Interment of the urn will follow at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Judy's name can be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church, at the above address; or Penn Medicine Development, Attn: Armellino Center of Excellence for Williams Syndrome Fund, 3535 Market Street, Suite 750, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
The funeral arrangements are by MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, P.A., Taneytown.
