Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024, at the age of 83 years.
Judith was born in Saginaw on November 12, 1940, the daughter of the late Steven Mendel and Lorraine Harrington Mendel. She was married to Raymond G. Konsdorf on July 30, 1960, and he preceded her in death on November 1, 2017. After retirement, she enjoyed weekly lunches with her sister and long-time work friends.
Judith is survived by her children Timothy (Michelle) Konsdorf, Thomas (Vicki) Konsdorf, and Steve (Sabreena) Konsdorf; grandchildren Dr. Raymond (Kari) Daenzer, Rachel (Jeffery Marshall) Daenzer, Nicole (Michael Bengston) Konsdorf, Ashley (Mason) Edlund, Sarah and Shayla Konsdorf; great-grandchildren Avery Bengston, Nash Edlund and Quinn Edlund, and Becklyn Daenzer and Quintin Daenzer. She is also survived by sisters-in-law Katie and Kathy Mendel, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents; her late husband Raymond G. Konsdorf; her daughter Kristine Daenzer and her husband Douglas Daenzer; siblings James Mendel, Jerilyn and Dave Gallant, and Michael Mendel.
The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024, at W.L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603, where friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Pastor Patrick Bonnie will officiate the service, with entombment to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
